Refund Policy

At Lotus within, we are committed to providing quality self-care coaching services. Payments for completed sessions are non-refundable, but you may reschedule a session at no cost if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice; missed or late cancellations are non-refundable. Due to their instant-access nature, digital products and courses are non-refundable. Exceptional refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis—please contact us at ericsmerdon@lotuswithincoaching.com with any questions.
