Discovery Session
A risk free no pressure session where we get to know each other, where you get to experience the process of coaching free of charge.
Coaching
Coaching sessions are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. Coaching sessions are a total of 50 minutes long, and are $50 per session. Payments are due at start of session and an invoice will be sent to you upon scheduling. Our refund policy can be found here.
Payments accepted: paypal, debit/credit, venmo
Group meditation
Group meditations will be hosted via google meet on Tuesdays 10AM MST, please mute your microphone upon entering as to not disturb others. Donations are encouraged, but not required. Feel free to invite anyone you feel may benefit from a meditation.
